Look at those pictures. Those are common sights in public schools all over the Philippines. The sight of rotting metal and wood. The sight of long and sharp metals sticking out of the ceilings and walls. The sight fallen plywood and broken hollow blocks. The sight of half painted buildings. This are the sights we see in public schools everywhere in the Philippines. Unfortunately for us, U.P. has a lot of these sights. When my parents saw these pictures, they quickly asked me: "Anak, may mga unfinished buildings pala sa U.P." I replied: "Hindi po unfinished buildings tawag namin dyan. NEW College of Arts and Sciences Building and tawag namin dyan."
It is ironic for something to be called "NEW" if it looks like shit or if it is unfinished. MY GAWD!!! Just look at the building!! you call that new??? IS THIS FUCKIN' NEW?!? These unfinished buildings are manifestations that the people do not get they're pennies' worth. Just think, the tuition fee increased, taxes are so high yet, we get shitty services. Where does the money of the public go?? Let me guess, in the politician's pockets? Or maybe in some offshore account with a different name? I do not know the answer, go figure out for yourself. Im so freakin' tired with all the corruption...
